Pick-up: We recommend picking up your order directly from our store in Janak Puri or Dwarka, New Delhi to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Request: If you request delivery, you acknowledge the following:
Order Lead Time: Orders need to be placed a minimum of 24-48 hours in advance.
Delivery Timing: There are no fixed timings for delivery.
Third-Party Delivery: All deliveries are handled by third-party vendors. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transport.
Delivery Partner Mishandling: We are not responsible for damaged or lost items due to mishandling by the delivery company.
Delivery Cost: You are responsible for the entire delivery cost, even if it increases due to unforeseen circumstances.
Condition Upon Receipt: The condition of your order upon receipt from the delivery company is solely your responsibility.
Pre-Dispatch Photo: We will send you a picture of your order before it is dispatched.
Surprise Deliveries:
If you are ordering for someone else and want it to be a surprise, please enter the recipient’s address at checkout. Use your own phone number for the delivery company to coordinate.
Delivery Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and distance of the delivery.
Delivery is available across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad etc., from our bakery.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or times.
We will do our best to deliver your order in a timely manner, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
